New comments indicator

I've added some javascript to show when there are new comments on a post. I was sick of trying to remember how many comments were on a post yesterday and whether I'd read them or not. The first time you visit this page there will be new comments next to any post that has a comment. Once you click a comment link the number of comments is stored so that when you return to the page you can immediately see posts where comments have been added.
